Before joining Cosmic, Sinan led global market development efforts across high-value commodity and defense transactions, acting as lead negotiator on multi-jurisdictional supply agreements with sovereign-aligned entities and private investors. Erik has an eclectic career history which includes animal conservation, sustainability & private security.
However, the majority of the last 30 years has been in the world of Film & Television, he is a writer, creative producer, director and executive producer.
Erik began in the industry as an assistant in the art department and transitioned to the props department, becoming a prop master working in film & television, as well as a four-year stint in theater as the prop master for Portland Center Stage. Over the past ten years, he has been producing, directing and executive producing documentary content in the world of animal & environmental conservation, as well as consulting as a creative producer on narrative films and scripts in the action, thriller and horror genres.
The diverse nature of Erik’s background adds life experience that directly translates to building a compliment of films in the film finance/production world that audiences can immediately relate to.

Zack is a producer, and writer with over 20 years of industry experience.

He began his career as a playwright, with acclaimed productions in London and at the Edinburgh Festival, before moving into film and television. Zack joined NDF International — one of the UK’s most successful production companies, with 16 Academy Award nominations — where he rose to become Head of Development.

He later co-founded Native State alongside two other producers, creating independent films for the international market. His producing credits include Last Passenger, City of Tiny Lights, and Show Dogs.

In addition to his producing work, Zack is a sought-after script consultant, having served for several years as Consultant Head of Film at Milkwood Productions. He also mentors emerging writers and directors on a prestigious Master’s programme in film

Hossam Hamdy holds a Master’s in Global Affairs from Tsinghua University as a Schwarzman Scholar and a business degree from Glasgow Caledonian University. He has over eight years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, and strategic growth across startups and institutional platforms. Hossam has led capital raises totaling over $20M, built investor networks across EMEA and the Gulf, and advised startups backed by 500 Global, Plug and Play, and Flat6Labs. He previously held investment-focused roles at Afreximbank and SWVL, and served as Chief of Staff to multiple venture-backed founders. His work bridges capital, strategy, and cross-border dealmaking in emerging markets.

With a decade of experience under his belt, Yanis is a seasoned producer in both film and television production. Working with studios like Bardel, Stellar, Mill Film, MPC and more, he quickly worked his way up in various production roles, taking on first-hand production experience. On-set experience for short films and VFX projects have also contributed to Yanis's knowledge pool when it comes to pre-production, production, and post-production. Paired with his passion for great storytelling, his leadership, and exceptional management and problem solving skills, Yanis can make any project come to life - and thrive.
